We offer a free version of our digital maintenance system, or “Digital Building” that allows you to use a mobile device to create digital documentation of your building equipment, such as elevators, pumps, boilers, chillers, air conditioners and other equipment — to do so for a home is overkill, but if you have a multi-tenant residential building, commercial or industrial facility, with many contractors and other people maintaining and installing equipment, that’s where having digital documentation starts to pay off.

To get started, all you do is order QR Codes from us. They are $1/each, for a minimum of 500.

Then, you invite your service providers/contractors to your “digital building.” In effect, you are giving them a digital key to access your building. Once they start using BuiltSpace to document their work, it is documented in your digital building, so both you and them see and can use this data and you can see it real-time.

For example, say they are supposed to do a maintenance on your rooftop units once a quarter, you would see (or not) them doing that work real-time and if they don’t do it, it will show up as not done… get what you pay for!

For the contractor, all that work you do that otherwise goes unseen, is documented and shared automagically with the customer. Create checklists and other digital processes to follow, that as you do them provide an update real-time to your customers.
