Instant service requests with a scan of a QR code

So often we struggle to find that web page or phone number to create a service request — so make it easy for your customers by putting one of our QR code stickers wherever they might need to request your help and get called sooner and more often. For example, if your customer walks up to their air conditioner and notices it is dying and grinding out its last breaths, they could simply open their camera on their phone and click “request service” and boom, you have a new service call in your BuiltSpace dispatch board.

When they scan that QR code our system knows what equipment that QR code is on, and it records the time, GPS coordinates and can ask other details of the requestor — all this speeds up the process and gives you better data.
