BuiltSpace Technologies Names Commercial Real Estate Expert Peter Baxter To Advisory Board

Vancouver BC (May 28, 2018) – BuiltSpace Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of seven new members to the company’s Advisory Board, including Peter Baxter, Executive Vice President of Luxury Leasing for Simon Property Group.

“We are delighted to welcome these new Advisory Board Members to the BuiltSpace team,” said President and Founder Rick Rolston. “Technology has hit retail, and as EVP for Simon Property Group, the world’s largest retail landlord, Peter brings a very unique perspective to our advisory board.”

Peter brings the customer perspective to BuiltSpace Technologies, as the EVP of the Luxury Leasing division of Simon Property Group, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate companies. His focus is on the proactive leasing and management of the Premium Outlet portfolio, and specifically its flagship assets. He leads the Luxury Leasing team in developing, managing, and maintaining excellent commercial relationships with over 150 fashion/luxury brands, and assists with Simon’s joint ventures in Europe, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Mexico.

Prior to working at Simon, Peter was based in France, as the Group Commercialisation and Leasing Director at Value Retail. Here, he was responsible for managing key brand relationships and the leasing of Value Retail’s Outlet Villages across Europe, as well as new developments in China.
