Are you ready to join BuiltSpace, an ambitious real-estate tech SaaS start-up whose software platform is in use in over 15,000 buildings across Canada, the US and growing quickly elsewhere? If so, let’s talk!
Our platform is used to manage the work that people do to keep buildings operating efficiently. We provide apps to collect data, provide instructions and information to people fixing buildings, and a platform for those in the office to see what is being done and to find ways to do it better.
We are growing quickly and by joining now you are getting-in early. We need someone to join our team to help us to develop new customers and to develop customer inquiries into solid opportunities. You will work closely with our Account Executives who will take your qualified leads and work to figure out the best solution for the customer and close the sale.
You should be software savvy and analytical, but above all, you need to be an extrovert who is eager to help people and get on the phone.
Reporting to: Vice President, Sales (interim, until a sales manager is hired later)
Primary Function: Use your creativity and persistence to attract and qualify potential customers
Salary: Based on experience (30% of compensation will be variable based on performance)
Location: Toronto (co-working space downtown) or Vancouver (BuiltSpace office downtown)
You will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into business accounts through choreographed calls and cleverly written emails and you will qualify leads that come-in. You’ll learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target and how to develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
How to Apply?
Contact our VP of Sales (find that person, and don’t forget the clever email part)
BuiltSpace has created a new class of mobile, collaborative facilities management software, helping people manage buildings more efficiently. Our shared asset identity management, using QR code technology to tag specific assets, equipment and spaces, allows building stakeholders to securely share building information across integrated BMS, FM, energy and financial systems.
