Proactive Cleaning – Rapid Onboarding

Quick Start Guide

 

Congratulations on taking the commitment to proactively cleaning your Buildings, and keeping your customers safe!

This guide will help you get the BuiltSpace Proactive Cleaning solution implemented in your Buildings ASAP.

 


Step 1

In anticipation of receiving your QR codes, we’ll need to get your stacking plans organized in Excel and upload into BuiltSpace.

    1. You will require 2 files before starting– an Excel template to organize your work, and a sample file to guide you. Download by clicking the links below:

    1. Organize your Space data in the BuiltSpace Space Upload – Template Excel file you just downloaded. Refer to the BuiltSpace Space Upload – Example Stacking Plan Excel file to see how your data should look like.

 

    1. When you’re done, it’s time to upload the Assets. From your BuiltSpace homepage, click Assets.

 

  1. Click Add Assets, and copy-paste the contents of your BuiltSpace Space Upload – Template Excel file into the window that appears. Click Submit.

Step 2

Step 3

Step 4

You’re now ready to get your cleaning crews performing their work in BuiltSpace!

Step 5

Once your cleaning crews are using BuiltSpace, you can view their work. Refer to these instructions on how to generate and save reports: https://builtspace1.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000506012-how-to-generate-reports-from-inspections
