BuiltSpace Technologies Names Financial CEO Frank Holler To Advisory Board

Vancouver BC (May 28, 2018) – BuiltSpace Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of seven new members to the company’s Advisory Board, including Frank Holler, Chief Executive Officer of Ponderosa Capital.

As a serial entrepreneur with an investment banking and venture capital background, Frank knows what it takes to start new ventures.”

Frank brings capital markets expertise to BuiltSpace’s Advisory Board, currently serving as CEO of Vancouver-based Ponderosa Capital, and as a Director of NASDAQ listed Xenon Pharmaceuticals and Chairman of TSX listed Sernova Corporation. He previously served as Xenon’s President and CEO from 1999 to 2003, and as Chairman and CEO of B.C. Advantage Funds (VCC) Ltd., a venture capital firm investing in emerging life science, clean tech, and information technology companies from 2004 to 2016. Frank also has prior experience on the Board of Directors of: Allon Therapeutics, Aquinox Pharmaceuticals, In Motion Technology, Protox Therapeutics (now Sophiris Bio) and Redlen Technologies. He also served as chair of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Investment Committee for Genome BC, a large publicly funded research organization, from 2005 to 2011.

Frank was an Investment Banker with Wood Gundy Inc. (now CIBC World Markets) from 1984 to 1988, and with Merrill Lynch Canada from 1988 to 1989. He holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of British Columbia.
